Small group training is limited to 5 people so that I can design workouts that suit the whole group and ensure that each person is moving with proper form. Clients in these groups are very encouraging and supportive of one another. It’s a good way to save money while getting the benefit of a personal trainer who knows your history and movement strengths and weaknesses.

How do I get started?
Each person in your group gets a free individual evaluation so that I can learn your strengths and limitations. After everyone has completed their initial evaluation, the group’s first session is free as well. Contact me to let me know if you have any questions or to set up a time for your initial evaluation.
