Do you need some direction, but prefer to workout on your own at home or at your own gym? You can purchase a Program Design package customized to your unique goals and body dynamics. Also a great option for people who need coaching while training for a specific event.

4-week Program Design

  • Meet every 4 weeks for a 90 minute session to go over new program
  • Includes 2 progressive strength programs, 2 cardio and/or yoga programs, initial evaluation, and basic nutrition counseling

8-week Program Design

  • Meet every 8 weeks for a 90 minute session to go over new program
  • Includes 4 progressive strength programs, 4 cardio and/or yoga programs, initial evaluation, and basic nutrition counseling
