One-on-one clients have more time to check in and I can really understand what is going on in their lives and what may be holding them back from reaching their goals. The individual attention helps to correct imbalances and maximize the effectiveness of our sessions.

Partner Personal Training (learn more)

Great for couples, friends, older parent and adult child, parents, or anyone looking to save some money while keeping the individual attention. You must have similar fitness goals so that the program design suits both of you. However, you do not have to be at the same fitness level. Exercises can be modified to be either more advanced or less intense, depending on where you are on your fitness journey.

Small Group Training (learn more)

Limited to 5 people so that I can design workouts that suit the whole group and ensure that each person is moving with proper form.  A good way to save money while getting the benefit of a personal trainer who knows your history and movement strengths and weaknesses.

Program Design/Coaching (learn more)

Do you need some direction, but prefer to workout on your own at home or at your own gym? You can purchase a Program Design package customized to your unique goals and body dynamics. Also great for people who need coaching while training for a specific event.
