Training with a partner is a great way to increase accountability, bring a competitive edge to your workouts, and have someone else to share in your accomplishment. Exercises are designed to suit both people and can be modified for individual needs.

- People who want nutritional guidance (included in one-on-one and partner training) for specific goals
How do I get started?
Each person will get a free individual evaluation so that I can learn your strengths and limitations. After the initial evaluation is complete, you and your workout partner will get a free session to make sure we are a good fit. Contact me to let me know if you have any questions or to set up a time for your initial evaluation.
Save $400 per person on a 20 session package! (vs. individual training)
