Nutrition Counseling

Basic Nutrition Counseling is included in one-on-one and partner training packages and covers the following topics:

  • How many calories you should be eating to reach your goals
  • What percentage of macro-nutrients you should be eating (carbohydrates, protein, fat)
  • Tips on how to maximize the effectiveness of your food
  • A periodic review of your diet and suggestions for what you can do to improve your nutrition, sample meal plans provided if needed
