After ten years of personal training, I created PENTA Fitness to fill a gap in the personal training industry.  My goal is to provide services that benefit your whole person. This holistic approach to health includes:

  • exercises designed to create lean, strong, mobile bodies
  • nutrition guidance to support your goals
  • positive thought reconditioning
  • connecting with our humanity through volunteering
